Meet Rachel Synden, BA, a dedicated counseling intern currently pursuing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at William and Mary. With hands-on experience supporting adolescents in a residential treatment facility and utilizing ABA therapy to aid children and teens with autism, Rachel is committed to fostering a nurturing and secure environment for her clients to thrive.
She prioritizes inclusivity, striving to ensure that every individual, including LGBTQIA+ clients, feels valued and respected. Rachel's counseling philosophy is rooted in person-centered and strengths-based approaches, focusing on empowering clients to tap into their potential.
